Surely the Garda can step out of line too !!!

Dear Primetime,

I am sending you this email as I have often wondered all down the years why a programme has never been produced investigating the misconduct of our Garda Siochana. As is evident from the Garda Ombudsman's Office many people experience arrogant, bullyish & disrespectful behaviour from some members of the force.

This mistreatment of people can be conducted out of view due to the evidence being recorded on smartphones & other recording devices. Like all strata of Society you have the " Good, the Bad, & the Ugly "!!

Some assignments are questionable also: Safety for the Public or Revenue Gathering Exercise for the Government/ Targets e.g Speeding Fines etc on Motorways or Dual Carriageways.

As a Taxi-Driver, I've witnessed first hand such misconduct from some members of the force & for that reason I have setup a website called www.corruptcops.net . I invite people to submit to the website all video, audio & photographic material of such encounters, which they deem to be undesirable.
